Payment terms:Покупатель производит оплату путём перечисления денежных средств на расчётный счёт Поставщика в следующем порядке: 100% в течение 60 дней после отгрузки товара Перевозчику со склада Производителя.
Delivery terms:Срок поставки: 2-е полугодие 2015г.
EXW склад Производителя. Обязательное наличие паспорта качества либо иной документ, удостоверяющий качество товара при передаче Перевозчику. Поставляемый товар должен быть новым, не восстановленным. При отгрузке товара обязательное уведомление Покупателя с предоставлением копий: счёт-фактур, ТОРГ-12 и документов подтверждающих отправку товаров через Перевозчика.
