Comments:
In this tender APH "Agribusiness" will take into account the prices without VAT participants! But will with the actual delivery of the VAT.

Participants may not refuse delivery of products for which they were given in the tender offer or to increase the price after the offering. In the event of delivery failure or attempts to increase prices, participants will be entered in the "black list" of companies.

Shelf life of drugs delivered to ABH "Miratorg" should be not less than 75% of the total period (plant life) shelf in the time of delivery to the warehouse Miratorg ABH.

The application in the tender need to be sure to apply the following documents in Russian:
1. security protocol
2. Certificate of conformity
3. Laboratory studies on the thermal stability.
4. Instruction in Russian
5. Confirmation of registration of the drug in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
Without these documents the application will not be considered!

- 7000 kg Pat Herb Plus
This must be taken into account when submitting proposals

Please indicate all analogues in the "Description of analog." After the first round of bidding editing and entering information into the field "Description analogue" is prohibited. At the stage of rebidding only allowed to reduce the price. All participants who violate this requirement will be excluded from the tender. Their application will not be considered.
