INFORMATION FOR Bidders:

The company on a regular monthly basis buys used pallets in the amount of ~4000-5000 pcs.

The Bidding procedure is carried out in two stages with the appointment of the rebidding stage, before requesting documents after the end of the Bidding procedure, to update the Commercial Proposal in accordance with the E-Marketplace, will be assigned (one before the request).

All Bidders need to upload documents according to the attached list to the Bidding procedure:
1. Submit the documents specified in the attached files (see bid documentation).
2. I attach the draft agreement of LLC KHAIR for review.

Mandatory requirements for the quality of pallets:
1. Europoddon wooden standard EURO 1200x800tim. Not branded. Standard UfC 435-2; GOST 9557-87; GOST 9078-84.
2. The wooden pallet can be either new or used.
3. The wooden pallet must have the brand of the supplier (or a light marker agreed with the customer).
4. The wooden pallet must be of the proper quality: no protruding nails; no protruding caps, nails; cracks and damage on the boards and bosses must be in accordance with the above Standard UIC 435-2; GOST 9557-87; GOST 9078-84, etc.
5. The carrying capacity of the Euro pallet must be at least 450 kg.
6. The base of the wooden pallet should consist of 9 bosses and 3 boards.
7. The thickness of the bosses on the wooden pallet should be 90mm -0\+3mm
8. The wooden pallet flooring must have at least 5 boards,
9. The wooden pallet must be assembled from boards of the same thickness of at least 20mm.
10. The distance between the boards of the wooden pallet should be from 50 mm to 70 mm, for wooden pallets 1200x800mm;
11. The boards and bosses of the wooden pallet must be firmly fastened together.
The wooden pallet should have cuts at 45-degree angles on the outermost boards and bosses.
12. The base and flooring of a wooden pallet must have uniform flatness over the entire surface, deviation from flatness is not allowed (height difference of flooring boards and height difference of the base are not allowed).
13.The moisture content of the wood of the wooden pallet should be natural.
14. The wooden pallet should be clean; there should be no rottenness, as well as the presence of water or snow (ice).
15. A wooden pallet should not have sawdust, burrs along the cuts of the cuts.
16. On the boards of a wooden pallet, an overview is allowed only on the inner boards (the extreme boards of the pallet should not have an overview) and only on one side of the board. The view on the boards should be directed to the inner (lower) part of the flooring.
17. When delivering wooden pallets, the supplier must provide a quality certificate for the batch.
