Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
3. The terms of the agreement are not subject to revision. If the supplier takes part in the auction, it means that if he is declared the winner, he agrees to conclude a supply agreement according to the standard form of ZTZ JSC without a protocol of disagreements.
