I. Only those participants who have been accredited for Metalloinvest are accepted for consideration (link for similar accreditation https://www.b2b-center.ru/personal/accreditation/?action=apply&id=178&date_last_edit=0).
1) Required conditions for product bundling and quality - according to drawings, please note that the amount of purchase according to the template required
2) Delivery time requirements according to schedule (attached).
3) Requirements for the provision of documents- certificate of conformity, passport of quality;
4) Requirements for the form of contract- by buyer form;
5) Commodity price formation is reported in RF rubles apiece without VAT, and remains relevant with little change in the volume of purchase
6) TKP expiration period is at least 37 days;
7) Warranty liabilities - at least 12 months.
8) If there is no current contract between our organizations, please consult the model version and give your opinion.
9) If analogues are offered, attach those descriptions for negotiation.
