Payment terms:Payment is made by bank transfer by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier. Payment currency - RUB. We are considering payment terms - postpay 100% within 35 calendar days.

Comments:
1. The supplier must be an official dealer (supplier, partner) of Huawei.
2. It is imperative to describe in detail the cost by position.
3. Indicate contacts for communication in the commercial proposal.
4. Specify delivery times (should not exceed 4 weeks).
5. All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier;
6. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
