1. Be sure to attach the commercial offer in electronic form, the KP must specify the price of VAT, the time of shipment/delivery, the terms of payment, the manufacturer of goods, tolerances and standards, the warranty on the goods and all contact information about the supplier.
2. This volume is an annual requirement. Purchase by batches on demand. There may be a slight change in the volume of purchases during 2018. The prices are fixed in rubles throughout the year 2018.
3. Contract awarding criteria: Delivery time, cost, compliance with the stated tolerances and standards, terms of payment, experience with the supplier.
4. Specify the supplier's relation to the delivered products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer). The specified information to confirm.
