Comments:
1. Be sure to attach the Commercial proposal in electronic form, the price should include the price including VAT, terms of shipment / delivery, payment terms, manufacturer of goods, tolerances and standards, product warranty and all contact information about the supplier.
2. This volume is an annual requirement. Batch purchase on demand. There may be a slight change in procurement during 2020. Prices are fixed in rubles throughout the whole of 2020.
3. Contract awarding criteria: delivery time, cost, compliance with declared tolerances and standards, payment terms, experience working with the supplier.
4. Indicate the supplier's attitude to the delivered products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer). Confirm the specified information.


This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall within the scope of Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the occurrence of legal obligations of the Customer at the choice of supplier.
