3. The priority condition for the supplier is to provide the following certificates
(1) Copies of certificates (declarations) of compliance of PPE with the technical regulations of the Customs Union "On the safety of personal Protective Equipment" (TR CU 019/2011), approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs Union of December 9, 2011 N 878;
(2) A copy of the certificate confirming the production of industrial products on the territory of the Russian Federation issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in respect of special clothing, special footwear or other personal protective equipment
4. Bidders cannot refuse to fulfill the terms of the tender or raise the price after submitting an offer. In case of refusal of delivery or attempts to increase the price, Bidders will be included in the "black list" of companies
