Решение о выборе поставщика по результатам запроса предложений - принимается Тендерным комитетом/подкомитетом ОАО «АВТОВАЗ» и сообщается в соответствии с регламентом ЭТП B2B-center.
- Выбранный поставщик для заключения договора представляет в адрес ОАО «АВТОВАЗ» документы по списку в Приложении №3.
- Тендерный Комитет/подкомитет ОАО «АВТОВАЗ» оставляет за собой право не признать победителем ни одного из участников.
