Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Calculations for each batch of Equipment and Work are carried out in the following order:
1) in the case of delivery of only Equipment - with a delay of 60 cal. days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the consignment note or UPD;
2) in case of delivery of Equipment with installation - with a delay of 60 cal. days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the Act of delivery and acceptance of the completed works or UPD for Work.
Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
Contractual Counterparty's consent to the signing of the standard form of the agreement with appendices without a protocol of disagreement (in the attachment), in the absence of a valid agreement of JSC "Tander".
"Payments for each batch of Equipment and Work are made in the following order:
1) in case of delivery of Equipment without installation of Equipment - with a delay of 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the consignment note or UPD;

Checkout counter - the final equipment for Call for Bidding will be determined by the Buyer based on the results of the competition.
Within the framework of the competition, it is necessary to quote alternative proposals (according to the options prescribed in the Requirements Specification) for equipment and installation, without them, proposals from Bidders will not be considered.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
