Payment terms:
Payment after delivery. The price of the goods is set out per unit of product including delivery, including VAT. Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery of the goods is the date of signing by the parties of the consignment note at the Buyer's warehouse. If it does not coincide with our requirements for the terms of payment, you must indicate your conditions in the comments

Comments: Requirements for the provision of documents for the trading procedure:
When submitting an offer to the trading procedure, the bidder provides and attaches the following package of documents:
1) offer;
2) a package of documents for the company for participation in the trading procedure (the list is attached to the tender documents);
3) quality documents (letters of distribution, certificates of conformity, declarations of conformity, quality certificates, etc.).
Requirements for documents:
1. A commercial proposal for a trading procedure is submitted according to the standard form attached to this trading procedure. The commercial offer must be properly executed and supported by:
- presented on company letterhead;
- the tabular and text sections must be completely filled in;
- provided with the signature of the authorized representative and the company and the seal;
- the commercial offer must be valid for at least 3 months;
- the scanned copy must be provided in * .pdf format, the information in the file must be readable.
If a commercial offer is not submitted or a commercial offer is submitted in violation of the requirements described above, the organizer of the trading procedure reserves the right to refuse to consider the offer submitted by the participant in the trading procedure.
2. The package of documents for the company for participation in the trading procedure is provided according to the list of documents attached to the tender documents.
The participant in the trading procedure provides a full package of documents according to the attached list of documents.
Documents are provided in * .pdf format, each document in a separate file.
If the full package of documents is not provided, the organizer of the trading procedure reserves the right to refuse to consider the proposal submitted by the participant in the trading procedure.
3. Documents on the proposed items are provided in * .pdf format, each document in a separate file.
4. Counterparties are not allowed to cooperate if the CHARTER website contains INFORMATION ABOUT the absence of the taxpayer's consent.
Price is the most important, but not the only criterion for evaluating an offer. When choosing a winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the terms of reference, delivery / execution time, guarantees, price, advance / post-payment, provision of advance payment, business reputation and work experience, readiness to work under a standard contract
The package of tender documents for the trading procedure includes:
1. A typical form of a commercial proposal.
2. List of documents for participation in the trading procedure.
3. Delivery schedule (if available).
4. Typical form of the contract of the organizer of the trading procedure, including all annexes that are its integral part.
5. Terms of reference (if any).
6. A sample of filling out shipping documents.
This trading procedure is one-stage, no rebidding will be carried out.
