The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:100% payment after receipt at the buyer's warehouse within 60 days. Acceptable payment terms: 30% advance payment 70% upon delivery within 30 calendar days.
