The Call for Bidding Bidder can repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Important! Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
