1. A commercial proposal for a trading procedure is submitted according to the standard form attached to this trading procedure. The commercial offer must be properly executed and supported by:
- presented on company letterhead;
- the tabular and text sections must be completely filled in;
- provided with the signature of the authorized representative and the company and the seal;
- the scanned copy must be provided in * .pdf format, the information in the file must be readable.
If a commercial offer is not submitted or a commercial offer is submitted in violation of the requirements described above, the organizer of the trading procedure reserves the right to refuse to consider the offer submitted by the participant in the trading procedure.
2. The package of documents for the company for participation in the trading procedure is provided according to the list of documents attached to the tender documents.

If it becomes necessary for the Supplier of packaging material / ingredient to arrive at production, the Supplier sends an official request to the Procurement Department about the possibility of arrival, indicating the purpose of the visit. The Procurement Department coordinates the possibility of a visit to the production by the Supplier of the packaging material / ingredient with the Department of the Chief Technologist, in case of a negative decision, an official refusal must be provided to the Supplier (a letter from the Department of the Chief Technologist).
