Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Method and terms of payment - non-cash form of settlements, 100% post-payment, within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the equipment to the Customer's facility (provided that the Supplier provides the Customer with the originals correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation of primary accounting documents (invoices, waybills, UPD )).

Dear participant!
ATTENTION!
The period for fixing the price of the product: until 12/31/2021.
Delivery of spare parts is carried out by forces and at the expense of the supplier to the address of the ATP indicated in the Buyer's Order (the list of addresses is specified in Appendix No. 2.3).

IMPORTANT! Mandatory conditions for participants:
1. Payment terms - deferral of 60 cal. days.
2. Warranty - according to the standard contract, unless otherwise specified in the TK.
3. Consent to sign a standard contract form.
4. The bidder guarantees the readiness of the first shipment in 30 days within the forecast of the confirmed volume. Delivery to ATP no more than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. Delivery ahead of the time specified in the order is not a violation.
5. The presence of an information label on each cube indicating the name of the supplier, the name of the inventory, the name of the manufacturer of the inventory, the delivery address.
6. Willingness to accept and process applications from the Customer for the supply of goods and materials on a weekly basis.
7. The ability to buffer the necessary volumes of goods and materials in your warehouse to meet the demand.
8. The Buyer, if necessary (changing the demand for volumes), has the right to reduce / increase unilaterally (according to Article 450 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) the amount of Equipment by 30% (both upward and downward) from agreement by the parties in the specification or order, notifying the Supplier 14 calendar days before the upcoming changes, but no later than 5 calendar days before the upcoming delivery.
At the same time, the conditions for the price and deferred payment remain unchanged according to the specification.
9. Provision of prices in Russian ruble currency.
10. Willingness to save price in case of volume division / reduction.

The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (connected) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or tender, and is not subject to Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the Customer at the choice of the supplier.
