Payment terms:Settlements under the Agreement are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 7-15 calendar days from the date of signing the Certificate of Completion in the form of KS-2 and the Certificate on form KS-3, subject to the timely submission of an invoice (UPD) and invoices. The term of payment under the agreement is determined by the participant independently from the specified range and is established in the Agreement concluded with him (the preferred value of the payment term is 15 calendar days).
Delivery terms:To determine the volume and cost of work, a visit to the facility is required. Upload the estimate to the ETP.
The work must be completed from the moment of the conclusion of the contract until 30.11.2021. After the provision of services, the Customer is provided with the executed and signed: Act of work performed in the form of KS-2, Certificate of work performed in the form KS-3, invoice (UPD), invoice.

Comments:
This competitive procedure for the selection of the Supplier is not an offer, auction or tender and is not subject to Art. 447-449 h. 1 and 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without explaining the reasons, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
