If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer undertakes to pay to the Supplier a sum of 100% (one hundred) of the value of this shipment of goods within a period not later than 15 (fifteen) working days upon shipment after delivery of the shipping documents.
Delivery terms:1. Prices should be indicated on the terms of pick-up from the supplier's warehouse. In the cost of production transportation costs do not lay. In the cost of products to lay the manufacture of crates (is a prerequisite).

The logistics calculations on their own from the Vendor's warehouse specified in the KP to the Buyer's warehouse, participants can output a separate line in the alternative KP, or in the form of a KP attached to the current lot (optional condition).

2. Specify the date of readiness of the product for shipment and the address of shipment.

3. Specify the manufacturer of the product. Specify the relation to the products. If the dealer or distributor, attach the documents confirming the status.

4.Attach Declaration of Conformity/Certificate for the proposed products. Passport and RE must be included in the package with the cargo.

5. Specify the dimensions of each unit of production and the total on the application (mass, volume).

6. Products should be new, not used. Products must comply with the technical specification;

7. When shipping, a packing list shall be affixed to each cargo package in accordance with the form established by the Buyer. Before shipping it is necessary to send a photo of each cargo place.

8. Warranty periods at the TMC must be effective at least from the date of receipt of the goods at the port of Magadan. The best option - from the date of receipt of the TMC by the customer or from the moment of commissioning of the TMC (one of the proposed options is mandatory). Indicate.

Criteria for selecting the winner:
1. Attitude of the participant to the products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
2. The lowest value of the transaction, taking into account the price on the terms of pick-up (specified in the KP) and the transport component from the Supplier's warehouse to the Buyer's warehouse (port of St. Magadan).
3. Provision of the full package of documents specified in the conditions for the procedure.
4. The product is ready for shipment.
5. Approval of the offered products by the Customer/compliance of technical parameters with the conditions of the TK.
