LIST OF DOCUMENTS:
a) A list of major customers, implementations, implemented projects, items of equipment supplied.
b) Information on the mechanical equipment of the applicant; information on the availability of qualified personnel on the subject of the tender (for construction, installation and design and survey work).
c) The charter of the company (for the winner of the tender), if any (the individual entrepreneur is not requested).
d) Copies of certified financial statements (if the company is preparing financial statements) for the last reporting period e) Certified tax returns (VAT, income tax, simplified tax) for 2 most recent reporting periods at the time of reporting.
e) Tax Registration Certificate.
f) Certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unified State Register of Legal Entities) or EGRIP (for individual entrepreneurs).
e) Accounting statements for the 1st and 2nd quarter of 2020.
g) Licenses (if necessary to perform works (services), SRO)
h) A document (order, order, power of attorney, bank card) confirming the right to sign and samples of signatures of the head, chief accountant or authorized persons signing financial documents (including invoices, bills of lading).
i) Certificate of absence of tax debts and duties from the Tax Inspectorate (Certificate of tax debt for the purposes of the tender must be received no more than 1 month at the time of the tender).
j) Dealer/Distributor Confirmation Letter from the Manufacturer (if applicable).
l) An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or EGRIP with a date of issue no later than 30 days.
m) Minutes (decision, order) on the appointment (election) of the head of the organization.
n) Certificate of ownership or lease agreement for office space at the actual location.
o) Information on the average number of employees for the previous calendar year (KND form 1110018).


This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the customer the corresponding amount of civil legal obligations. Procurement procedures are not regulated by the provisions of Federal Law No. 223-FZ dated July 18, 2011 "On the Procurement of Goods, Works, Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities", as well as by the provisions Federal Law dated April 5, 2013 No. N 44-FZ "On the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services to ensure state and municipal needs". Bidders who submitted an offer beyond the deadline and/or violate the procedures of the tender organizer and/or do not meet the selected evaluation criteria may be excluded from the bidding procedure. When trading through an electronic trading platform, offers are not accepted in other ways.

Если за календарный год с момента окончания процедуры не поступало приглашений на закрытые запросы с указанием номера данной открытой процедуры, значит потребности в данных ТМЦ не было или была приобретена у основного поставщика.
