b) Information on the mechanical equipment of the applicant; information on the availability of qualified personnel on the subject of the tender (for construction, installation and design and survey work).
c) The charter of the company (for the winner of the tender), if any (the individual entrepreneur is not requested).
d) Copies of certified financial statements (if the company is preparing financial statements) for the last reporting period e) Certified tax returns (VAT, income tax, simplified tax) for 2 most recent reporting periods at the time of reporting.
e) Tax Registration Certificate.
f) Certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unified State Register of Legal Entities) or EGRIP (for individual entrepreneurs).

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
