Payment terms:
The Buyer shall pay for the supplied products by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account as follows: 100% of the cost of goods - within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of goods from the Carrier in the Buyer's warehouse.
When submitting an offer on a prepayment basis, the supplier will need to provide an irrevocable and unconditional bank guarantee. Bank guarantees can be guaranteed by banks holding 50 top positions in official ratings of the largest Russian banks at the time of issuing the guarantee, or international banks with a rating of at least BB / Baa2. The validity period of a bank guarantee must be not less than the period of fulfillment of obligations by the Supplier, in the security of which a bank guarantee is issued, increased by at least three months.
The price of the product is given excluding VAT-20%, but includes all costs of customs clearance, packaging and delivery to the buyer's warehouse in the city of Zheleznogorsk-Ilimsk, Irkutsk Region.
Delivery terms:
Delivery time: 30 days from the date of signing the specification. The Supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on his own to the Buyer's warehouse in the city of Zheleznogorsk-Ilimsk, Irkutsk Region. Spare parts supplied must be new, not remanufactured.
When the goods are being shipped, the Buyer needs to be notified and provided with the copies of the following documents: invoices, TORG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.
Comments: 1. When submitting proposals, the mandatory provision of documents according to the list attached to the procurement documentation.
2. The conclusion of the supply contract as amended by the buyer.
3. Simultaneously with the placement of the price offer, the participant should attach copies of the statutory documents (see the list in the procurement documentation) at the time of submitting the proposal. One of the important criteria for evaluating an offer is deferred payment. The preferred grace period is 60 days or more from the date of delivery. Mandatory requirement - the product must be new, the presence of a passport, certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods. An organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must conclude a supply agreement within 5 days as amended by PJSC Korshunov Mining Plant (see attached file). We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the Participants.
The validity of the offer must be at least 90 calendar days from the day following the day of the end of the receipt of applications.

Условие при оплате по предоплате::
При подаче предложения на условиях предоплаты, поставщику необходимо будет предоставить безотзывную и безусловную банковскую гарантию. В качестве гарантов по банковским гарантиям могут выступать банки, занимающие на момент выдачи гарантии 50 верхних позиций в официальных рейтингах крупнейших банков России, или международные банки с рейтингом не ниже ВВ+/Ваа2. Срок действия банковской гарантии должен быть не менее срока исполнения обязательств Поставщиком, в обеспечение которых выдается банковская гарантия, увеличенный не менее, чем на три месяца.
