Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:100% post payment within 10 banking days from the receipt of goods at the buyer's warehouse in Nakhodka, without comment.
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, at the specified details. The date of delivery of the respective products consignment, is the date of transfer of the entire products consignment by the Supplier to the Buyer at the Supplier's warehouse. Considering the fact of further transportation of goods to the the Far North districts to the facility, the packing of cargo must ensure the safety of the cargo during transportation, storage (accumulation) and materials handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.

Comments:
1) Supply of products as per request.
2) Mandatory upload of the following documents; commercial offer, certificate confirming the relationship to the product. Product Certificate.
3) Supplied products shall be new, not previously used.
4) The products must be accompanied by: product quality certificate / passport.
5) Criteria for choosing the best offer: product quality, minimum delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
6) The attached contract is not an offer / final document.
7) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
8) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
9) Before shipping a packing list needs to be filled (see the example of filling in additional information), and attached to the package with the product, the copy is to be sent to the Customer via e-mail.
10) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products sent to areas of the far north and equivalent areas. Packaging. Marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96"Cargo Marking".
