Payment terms:Цена с учетом доставки до склада покупателя. Оплата за поставляемую продукцию (товар) производится после получения продукции (товара) на складе Покупателя в течение 60 дней с момента получения счета-фактуры, оформленного в соответствии с требованиями НК РФ.
Delivery terms:Срок поставки в течение 60 дней с момента заключения спецификации. Договор в редакции ОАО "ЧМК". Транспортные расходы должны быть включены в стоимость продукции, с учетом доставки до склада ОАО ЧМК.

Comments:
Доставка продукции до склада Покупателя включена в цену. Подписание договора поставки на бланке ОАО ЧМК 2013г.
Не исключены случаи изменения цехами заявок, корректировок проектов, переносов кап. ремонтов или исчерпания финансовых лимитов. В связи с этим возможны изменения по количеству в итогой спецификации.
