Auto-extension

Payment terms:Desired payment terms:
1. payment 100% upon shipment within 60 calendar days
2. payment 100% upon arrival of goods and materials at the buyer's warehouse within 15 calendar days
Delivery terms:1. The price shall be specified on Ex-Works basis, Supplier's warehouse, the location of the shipment warehouse shall be specified.

3. Packing list, specifying the supplied products and their quantity, must be attached to each cargo package.

4. Warranty periods for goods and materials must be valid at least from the date of receipt of goods and materials by the customer, or from the date of commissioning of goods and materials (one of the options is required).

1. The certificates and passports for goods and materials shall be attached. Attach the drawings.

2. If your company is a manufacturer or dealer of products, you must provide the relevant supporting documents

3. The prices I ask to give in the form of the commercial offer in which all conditions and terms of delivery should be necessarily registered.

4. If you submit your proposal you also automatically agree with the form of our framework agreement

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
Venue of the bidding procedure: This procedure is held electronically at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants’ proposals shall be sent in the form of e-document signed by digital signature.
