Comments:
LLC "Stenmix OKO" invites you to take part in the procurement procedure for the supply of spare parts.

1. Detailed requirements for this project are reflected in the bid documentation:
- "Offer cards" form to fill in;
- draft agreement with appendices;
- list of requirements for the composition of Commercial Proposals.

2. To participate in this procurement procedure, it is mandatory:
- all tabs of the "Offer Card" form are filled in;
- a commercial offer with a seal and signature is supported.

3. Proposals submitted without the documentation specified in the list of requirements for the composition of the Commercial Proposal will not be accepted for consideration.

4. The main criteria for choosing the best offer:
- availability of the necessary documents according to the requirements of the bid documentation;
- experience in the supply of similar spare parts;
- terms and cost of deliveries;
- agreement with the draft agreement;
- terms of payment;
- the quality of filling out bid documentation.

5. This request for proposal procedure is not a tender, a public tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this offer request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.

6. The draft contract is not a public offer, however, its terms will be binding on the winner.
