Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Non-cash payment. Advance payment is not foreseen, proposals implying advanced payment will not be considered. Payment shall be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the Products by the Buyer. Proposals implying a payment deferral of over 30 days shall be considered at the maximum possible term - 30 days.
Delivery terms:1. Fixing prices for the whole period of delivery; 2. Production date not earlier than 1 (one) year-to-date deliveries. Products must be new, not previously used; 3. Manufacturing products in strict accordance with the manufacturer's drawings switches; 4. Delivery time up to April 20, 2018; 5. Upon delivery of the products shall be accompanied by certificates of quality from the manufacturer; 6. The number of delivered products may be adjusted by the customer depending on production needs.
