Payment terms:
Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total cost of the relevant consignment of goods no later than 15 (fifteen) banking days from the date of shipment of the corresponding consignment of goods, based on the information provided by e-mail. mails of scanned copies of shipping documents (invoice, TORG-12, certificate of equipment transfer and acceptance, carrier's waybill on acceptance of cargo for transportation).
Delivery terms:
1) Commercial proposal shall specify the product manufacturer, product availability, production time, time of delivery to the Supplier's warehouse, cargo dimensions (weight, volume, number of containers), dispatching point;
2) Products shall be new, unused;
3) Be sure to attach the conformity certificates, passport, quality
certificate;
4) Criteria for choosing the best offer: delivery time, cost, payment terms, experience working with the supplier;
5) Before shipment, be sure to fill out a packing list (see example in procurement
documentation), stick the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send copies of documents
to the Customer via e-mail.

Comments: This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
