| Payment terms: | - an advance payment of 30% of the value of the Goods specified in paragraph 2.1. shall be paid within 10 (ten) working days from the date of conclusion of this Agreement, based on the Supplier's accounts,
- final payment for the Goods shall be made within 10 (ten) working days after the Buyer has received the Goods, subject to its proper quality and completeness, and submission of documents as specified in paragraph 3.1.7 of this Agreement. |
