Request for information as part of the implementation of an automated scoring system for assessing the reliability of counterparties for PJSC VimpelCom in 2021.

Currently, VimpelCom PJSC is in the process of developing an automated scoring system for assessing the reliability of counterparties. We invite you to take part in the implementation of this project.

Within the framework of the project, the task is to build a model for calculating the scoring of counterparties based on the data on counterparties available in the company (including but not limited to):
- Information about the company from open data sources (financial component, legal component, publications in the media, etc.);
- Business reputation in the market;
- Business administration of the company (for example, arbitration and collection amounts, as well as information on changes in the structure / owners of the company);
- Results of internal corporate audits (including information on identified risks);
- History of interaction with PJSC VimpelCom (for example, information on claims activity), etc.

The result of the calculation performed using the scoring model should be presented visually and contain all the necessary information for a comprehensive assessment. The result should display (but not limited to):
- Scoring point;
- Visualization (in the form of a graph / diagram);
- Identified risks (negative factors);
- The list of evaluation criteria for calculating the score.

If your company already has experience in developing similar models for calculating scoring and wants to take part in this project, please send the following information to the email address tenders_pavlovamd@beeline.ru no later than 14:00 (Moscow time) on August 16, 2021 (in the subject letters should indicate "Name of organization / Scoring model):

Presentation
Presentation materials should include:
1) Information about the company and the field of activity;
2) Information about the experience of implementing similar projects;
3) Description of the approach to calculating the scoring (how the model is built: a short description of the calculation methodology, the program / language used to build the model, etc.).

The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, it is possible to send a link to the cloud storage to download data). The name of each file should indicate its content.

Feedback will be provided to each of the participants approximately after August 25th.
