Payment terms:Settlements with the Winner for the delivered Goods shall be made within 45 (forty five) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods to the Customer's warehouse and receipt from the Winner of the documents specified in clause 3.3. Contract (Appendix No. 8 to the Request for Proposals).
Delivery terms:For lot # 1: by separate lots until March 31, 2019, upon the preliminary request of the Customer.
By lot No. 2: by separate lots until December 31, 2018, upon the preliminary request of the Customer.
