Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made for the products actually issued/ services rendered for the billing period (1 month).
The payment term is within 90 days from the date of signing the acceptance documents.

Deviation from the stated payment term is allowed, but not less than 30 days from the date of signing the acceptance documents.

important! The decrease/increase in the payment period will be considered as a negative/positive factor when deciding on the winner.

important! Following the results of the procurement procedure, contractors with the best offers (top 3) will be invited to evaluate the quality of the products offered. The counterparty is obliged to provide samples of each nomenclature item within 7 days at the address: Voronezh, Soldatskoe Pole str., 299 p.. The assessment will be carried out by responsible employees of Voronezh Transformer LLC. The final decision on the winner will be made based on the evaluation results.

2) Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities not older than 3 months
3) Details on the letterhead / company card with signature and seal
4) An order for the director / a power of attorney for a person who has the right to sign
5) TIN/KPP and OGRN certificates
6) The Charter

It is mandatory to specify the proposed payment term in the KP.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

3. Заказчик имеет право продлевать срок подачи предложений на участие в запросе предложений и соответственно перенести дату и время проведения процедуры открытия доступа к предложениям в любое время до проведения процедуры открытия доступа к предложениям на участие в запросе предложений, а также до подведения итогов закупки изменить дату рассмотрения предложений участников закупки и подведения итогов запроса предложений.
