Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the Works performed is made by the General Contractor no later than 30 (thirty) working days after the signing of the Acceptance Acts and the submission by the Subcontractor of the originals of the relevant primary accounting documents.
The General Contractor pays to the Subcontractor the cost of the actually performed volume of Work minus the guarantee deductions (reserved amount) after their acceptance by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Subcontractor specified in the Agreement, or by offsetting, or by other methods that do not contradict the legislation on the basis of the originals provided by the Subcontractor, duly completed primary accounting documents.
The general contractor makes (reserves) guarantee deductions in the amount of 5 (five)% of the cost of work and costs included in the cost of work specified in the Certificate of the KS-3 form.
The reserved amount is paid to the Subcontractor after the expiration of the warranty period and receipt of funds from the Customer in the following terms: no later than 30 (thirty) business days.
