Payment shall be made by bank transfer by transferring funds by the Customer to the Contractor’s current account after the funds have been received by the Debtor (Customer) bankruptcy estate.
Delivery terms:
- Security company experience in the security services market for at least 4 years.

- Existence of valid licenses for private security activity, with an indication of the permitted types of security services:
1. protection of life and health of citizens
2. protection of objects (or) property (including during its transportation), owned, in possession, use, economic management, operational management or trust management, with the exception of objects and (or) property provided for in paragraph 7. 3. protection of objects (or) property at objects with the implementation of design, installation and maintenance of technical security equipment, a list of types of which is established by the Government of the Russian Federation and (or) with the adoption of appropriate measures to respond to their signal information.
4. advising and developing recommendations to clients on issues of legitimate protection against unlawful encroachments.
5. Ensuring order in places of public events.
6. provision of intra-object and access control regimes at facilities, with the exception of facilities provided for in clause 7.
- Experience in the provision of property protection services, protection of life and health of citizens of similar nature, volume and degree of complexity of security services - for the last 3 years.
- Existence of a valid accreditation as an organization providing security services at Avangard ACS.
- Full liability to the customer. The presence in the administrative apparatus of specially designated employees conducting inspections of duty on the objects of protection.
- The presence of uniforms (name / emblem on clothes is necessary) depending on the season, the place of service, the tasks of the guard. The head of the security company must have a higher education, a new type of security certificate with a mark on passing the advanced training courses for the heads of private security organizations and certificates of completion of the advanced training courses for the heads of security organizations;
- The authorized capital of the security company must be at least 250,000 rubles. Security guards who are exposed to a guarded object must be qualified as a 4th grade security guard, a new type of security certificate, with a certificate of passing the annual qualification exam, a personal security card issued by Rosgvardia. The number of security guards on the guarded object, having experience in the provision of security services for more than 3 years - at least 80% of the total number of guards put on guarded objects.
