Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Prepayment 50%, balance 50% within 14 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion.
Delivery terms:The purchase is made as a single lot in accordance with the terms of reference.
The procedure must be attached to the procedure for the manufacture and full range of services, stamped and signed by an authorized employee of the Supplier's organization.
The products are delivered on the basis of the specification signed by the Parties.
Delivery terms:
1. The Customer's contract form is available upon request.
2. Production of products according to the terms of reference.
3. Delivery of products to the Customer's facility.
4. Unloading.
5. Installation of products according to the plan, including consumables, delivery of work to authorized persons by the Customer, instructions for operation.
6. Export of packaging materials.
7. The delivery time and performance of works (services) is 21 calendar days.
8. The deadline for completion is March 10, 2022.

Product warranty for at least 24 calendar months, from the date of signing the certificate of completion.
