Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Equipment - an advance payment of 50% from the date of signing the specification on the basis of an application from the Buyer, the rest 50% within 60 k / d from the date of delivery of the equipment to the Buyer's facility.
Services - prepayment 50%, the rest 50% within 14 k / d from the date of delivery of work and signing of the equipment commissioning certificate.

One object at a time must be attached to the procedure.
The winner supplies equipment to 2 similar facilities.
Services are provided according to the description of the request (attached to the procedure)
Equipment delivery is carried out on the basis of applications from the buyer,
The supply of equipment, as well as the unloading and placement of equipment in accordance with the plan, is carried out by the forces and at the expense of the Supplier at the Buyer's facilities.
Installation of equipment is carried out by the Supplier at an agreed cost, through an application when signing the specification, the Buyer has the right to choose an authorized organization for installation and commissioning, while maintaining guarantees from the Supplier.
Equipment warranty for at least 12 calendar months from the date of putting the equipment into operation.
Other requirements: work on the market for at least 5 years, delivery time from the date of advance payment is not more than 40 calendar days.

The Buyer reserves the right to purchase the total amount of equipment for all locations from one Supplier (by a single contract), and positionally (selectively from different Suppliers).
This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
