Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made by the Buyer by bank transfer according to the invoice (invoice) issued by the Supplier by transferring funds in the amount of 30% of the cost of the goods to the account of the Supplier within 5 (five) days from the date of signing the supply contract, the remaining 70% of the cost of the goods in within 60 (sixty) days from the date of receipt of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse in Arkhangelsk. The invoice (invoice) necessarily refers to this agreement.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of payment of 30% prepayment.
Terms of delivery: by means and at the expense of the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse: Arkhangelsk, st. Lenina, 29. (Possibly to the warehouse of the transport company)
Acceptance of goods is carried out from 8.00 to 12.00 and from 13.00 to 16.00 on weekdays.

Comments:
Products offered for delivery should not be encumbered with pledges and other guarantees. Delivery time of products in accordance with the delivery schedule, in the context of each delivery basis. It is allowed to adjust the delivery schedule as agreed with the customer in terms of ahead of schedule for shipment to form the transit rate of the consignment.
- The ongoing request for proposals procedure is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to conclude a contract or terminate the request for commercial offers at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.
- Replacement of the declared product with a similar one should not lead to a deterioration in the technical and operational characteristics of the proposed product.
- The products offered must be certified and must be supplied with all required documentation.
- The delivery basis is the consignee's warehouse.
- Transfer of ownership - consignee's warehouse.

If the Counterparty is a legal entity registered on the territory of the Russian Federation:
1. Certificate of state registration with the assignment of OGRN (copy) / Record sheet in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
2. Tax registration certificate (copy);
3. Decision / Minutes of the general meeting of participants / shareholders, another document on the appointment of the head of the Counterparty (copy).
4. License (if applicable) (copy);
If the Counterparty is an individual entrepreneur (IE) registered in the Russian Federation:
1. Certificate of state registration with the assignment of OGRN (copy) / Record sheet from USRIP;
2. Tax registration certificate (copy);
3. IP passport (sheets containing full passport data, photo and registration address, consent to the processing of personal data) (copy);
4. Power of attorney of the person concluding the Agreement on behalf of the individual entrepreneur (if the Agreement is not signed by the individual entrepreneur) (copy);
5. License (if applicable) (copy);
