Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The buyer shall pay the goods at the rate of 100% (one hundred percent) of the price of the Agreement within 25 (twenty five) working days (if the participant is an SME entity within 30 (thirty) calendar days) after the Supplier delivers the delivered goods, the Buyer receives the original account, as well as the documents specified in clauses 2.3 and 3.4 of the Treaty, duly executed and signed from two sides.
