| Payment terms: | Payment under the contract will be made upon delivery of the Goods and training of personnel within 20 (twenty) calendar days after providing the Buyer with the documents provided for in subparagraphs a), b), c), d), e) of clause 6.4 of the Contract and signing of Acts: acceptance and transfer of Goods, delivery and acceptance of commissioning (forms are established in Appendix No. 2, No. 9 to this Agreement). Payment for the delivery of goods, installation supervision and commissioning will be determined in accordance with the specification. |
