Comments: PLEASE NOTE! Quotations shall be submitted for the total sum of the lot, increase of the lot price after the initial quotation submission is not acceptable. The applications shall be submitted electronically via www.b2b-bashneft.ru e-marketplace and according to its technical features, rules and regulations. Quotations are to be submitted by the participants right via e-marketplace till the date and time of bids submission deadline. Within the specified period the participants’ applications are placed on the e-marketplace in the form of scanned copies (a set of scanned documents).
