Payment terms:
The Customer is obliged to make payment within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act on acceptance of the executed works (the certificate on the form № КС-2) for the reporting period and the reference on the cost of the executed works and expenses (form No. КС-3) or with the moment of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the completed construction of the facility by the acceptance commission (the act in form No. KC-14) and on the basis of the issued invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
The invoice shall be invoiced by the Contractor within 3 working days after the signing of the act on acceptance of the executed works (certificate on the form No. КС-2) for the reporting period and information on the cost of the performed works and costs (form No. КС-3).
