The commercial offer made on the E-Marketplace must be duplicated by enclosing a scan of the corresponding technical and commercial proposal in the tender documentation.
The technical and commercial proposal must contain the following information:
I. Commercial part (file No. 1):
• The price of equipment on DDP/DAP terms destination station /warehouse consignee
• The cost of providing supervision services for the installation of equipment, taking into account the cost of travel and accommodation of the contractor's representatives at the place of work;
• The cost of providing commissioning services for the supplied equipment and staff training, taking into account the cost of travel and accommodation of the contractor's representatives at the place of work;
• Schedule of equipment delivery and installation services, Poland;
• Terms of payment for equipment subject to the following restrictions:
- a bank guarantee must be provided for all advance payments stipulated by the contract,
- the final payment in the amount of at least 15% of the cost of the equipment must be made after signing the Act of commissioning the equipment;
- the proposed payment terms should take into account the practice of payment days in METALLOINVEST Group (making payments to counterparties once a week).
Terms of payment for the provision of services for the supervision of installation and NDP equipment.
• Validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal (at least 2 months).
II. Technical part (file No. 2):
• Technical proposal. The composition and completeness of the main equipment in accordance with the sections of the Customer's Requirements Specification;
• Technological indicators of the proposed equipment;
• Dimensional drawing of the proposed equipment;
• A separate statement of the supply and provision of services for the project, (including materials for installation, equipment, GPM, etc.)
• The composition of the spare parts for putting the equipment into operation (if required);
• The composition of spare parts required for the operation of equipment during the warranty period (if required);
• Mechanical warranty for the equipment from the moment the equipment is put into commercial operation;
• Availability of a TR CU certificate for the proposed equipment, or other document required by the customer for commissioning the equipment;
• References of deliveries of the proposed or similar equipment over the past 10 years.
III. A completed table on the compliance of the proposed equipment with the requirements of the Terms of Reference in the form of Appendix 2 in Word format.

- positive technical conclusion of the customer based on the results of consideration of the applicant's technical proposal;
- cost of equipment;
- delivery time of equipment;
- warranty obligations provided;
- timely delivery of goods to the address of METALLOINVEST Group enterprises in previous periods (for suppliers who had contractual relations earlier).
The competition procedure may contain several stages at the discretion of the organizer.
