Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Non-cash payment. Advance payment is not applicable. The proposals contain an advance payment will not be considered. Delivery terms:
1. Year production no earlier than 2017.
2. Warranty period -12 months but not less than the manufacturer's warranty. 6. Availability of the document confirming the quality of the product, the invoice, call tag or UPD at the moment of transfer of the goods to the buyer's warehouse.
