Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:100% post-payment within 21 calendar days. Alternative conditions for Bidders will also be considered. The analysis of Proposals will be carried out at the present value, cleared of VAT.
Delivery terms:Desired delivery terms:
- No more than 3 working days from the date of receipt of the bid
- Testing will take place in the Central office: Moscow Krasnoproletarskaya str., 2, room 4.

- according to Appendix No. 1_ Terms of Reference.
Periodicity of delivery: Periodicity of delivery according to Appendix No.1_ Terms of Reference.

Comments:
Term of the contract: from the date of conclusion of the contract 12 months. The cost will be fixed for the entire term of the contract or for 6 months.

The supplier is selected at the lowest cost and in full compliance with the conditions of Appendix No. 1_.Terms of reference.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
