Delivery of goods takes place according to the agreed delivery schedule. The commercial offer must comply with the terms of reference and contain the following information:
1. Vendor status - manufacturer or official distributor, license and licensed warehouse.
2. Delivery time (working days or calendar days, according to the schedule).
3. Warranty period/expiration date.
4. Cost with VAT per unit lot (must be indicated in Russian rubles).
5. Payment terms (delay of payment not less than 90 (ninety) days, from the date of delivery);

8. The offer must be signed by an authorized person.
