installation of the air line from the compressor to the production line "Hennecke".
The composition of compressors - 3 compressors of 30 kW each, 3 receivers and 3 dehumidifiers. The location of the compressors and the production line is indicated in the diagram. It is necessary to connect the production line to the air, the air supply is carried out from the compressor equipment.
1. Strapping compressors with polypropylene pipe 40mm (compressor – receiver - dryer). Provide a bypass line on each dehumidifier. Connection of each outlet after the dryer to the 50 mm polypropylene main pipe.
2. Laying of an air line made of 50 mm polypropylene pipe from compressors to connection points to the Hennecke production line in existing trays. The layout of the trays is indicated in the project code "017-24-AC" sheet 13.
3. To mount the air supply lines from the 50mm main air supply pipeline to the 25mm polypropylene pipe production line – a total of 6 points (decoilers, component warehouse, adhesive, contact, saw, stacker). Connection points are agreed with the Customer. After each supply to the line, install a ball valve PPR 25mm.

монтаж воздушной магистрали от компрессорной к производственной линии «Hennecke». Состав компрессоров - 3 компрессора по 30кВт каждый, 3 ресивера и 3 осушителя. Место расположения компрессоров и производственной линии указано на схеме. Необходимо подключить производственную линию к воздуху, запитка по воздуху осуществляется от компрессорного оборудования. 1. Обвязка компрессоров полипропиленовой трубой 40мм (компрессор – ресивер - осушитель). На каждом осушителе предусмотреть байпасную линию. Подключение каждого выхода после осушителя к магистральной полипропиленовой трубе 50мм. 2. Прокладка воздушной магистрали из полипропиленовой трубы 50мм от компрессоров до точек подключения к производственной линии «Hennecke» в существующих лотках. Схема расположения лотков указана в проекте шифр «017-24-АС» лист 13. 3. Смонтировать подводы по воздуху от магистрального трубопровода подачи воздуха 50мм к производственной линии из полипропиленовой трубы 25мм – всего 6 точек (размотчики, склад компонентов, клеевая, контимат, пила, штабелер). Точки подключения согласовываются с Заказчиком. После каждого подвода к линии, установить шаровый кран ППР 25мм. монтаж воздушной магистрали от компрессорной к производственной линии «Hennecke»
