Type: Request for Proposals
Call for Bidding of new spare parts for the Chetra bulldozer equipment for JSC Lebedinsky GOK and JSC Mikhailovsky GOK named after A.V. Varichev in 2024.
Proposals are being considered:
1. For new spare parts (priority is given to the original, manufactured by Chetra), not used, not from storage, not restored, not earlier than 2023;
2. The validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal is until 12/31/2024. (a prerequisite, confirm in the Technical and Commercial Proposal);
3. Postponement of payment for 120 days (it is not allowed to worsen the conditions, according to previously agreed, taking into account payment days + 0-7 days);
4. DDP/DAP shipping method;
5. Provide references to the proposed equivalents (if not previously supplied to Metalloinvest Group of Companies, provide drawings with standard sizes for coordination with the customer);
6. Warranty obligations (fill out the attachment, back it up in the Technical and Commercial Proposal):
- Mechanical guarantee for the absence of manufacturing defects and compliance of the supplied product with the requirements of the customer's CD;
- A resource guarantee for operating time up to a certain warranty indicator (in calendar days or operating hours of the equipment.
Mandatory and preferred requirements are specified:
1. in terms of payment;
2. in terms of delivery;
3. in the comments (required for review).
Закупка новых з/частей для бульдозерной техники Четра для АО "Лебединский ГОК" и АО "Михайловский ГОК им. А.В. Варичева" в 2024г. Рассматриваются предложения: 1. На новые з/части (в приоритете оригинальные, производства Четра), не б/у, не с хранения, не восстановленные, не ранее 2023 г.в.; 2. Срок действия ТКП до 31.12.2024г. (обязательное условие, подтвердить в ТКП); 3. Отсрочка платежа 120 дней (не допускается ухудшение условий, по ранее согласованным, с учетом платежных дней + 0-7 дней); 4. Способ доставки DDP/DAP; 5. На предлагаемые аналоги предоставить референции (если ранее не поставляли в ГК Металлоинвест, для согласования с заказчиком предоставить чертежи с типоразмерами); 6. Гарантийные обязательства (заполнить вложение, подкрепить в ТКП): - Механическая гарантия на отсутствие производственных дефектов и соответствие поставляемого изделия требованиям КД заказчика; - Ресурсная гарантия на наработку до определенного гарантийного показателя (в календарных днях или моточасах работы оборудования.
