Payment terms:Payment shall be made by the Buyer within 60 calendar days after the end of the reporting period (month) in which the delivery is made.
Delivery terms:Prices are not included in VAT.

Transportation costs are included in the cost of products on the basis of DDP delivery - Kogalym, LUKOIL-AIK BPO Base 174 km of Surgut Novy Urengoy route. (transportation costs are not reimbursed separately)

The delivery of products is carried out in whole or in separate batches, issued by relevant accounting documents within the legal time limit.

Delivery is by: by road to the buyer's warehouse (schema attached);

Products must be suitably packaged and protected from damage

Mandatory electronic documents:
1. Scanned copy of the commercial offer, indicating prices, terms and conditions of delivery;
2. List of constituent documents (list attached in subfile)
3. Permissive documentation
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and fixed with the seal of the enterprise.

The winner of the competition procedure is determined, subject to agreement to sign the model contract without disagreement. The winner will be determined by the following criteria:

1. Minimum price;
2. Optimum delivery time;
3. Product quality
4. Vendor reliability

5. In order to exclude any risks, the Company reserves the right to test potential suppliers for good and integrity by any available, when selecting a winner tools and methods.
6. Proposals from participants on the register of unscrupulous suppliers will not be accepted.
7. Required to complete the tabular part on ETP! Information relating to the parameters of the procured product and other requirements of procurement documentation should be fully entered into the offer fields. Failure to comply with these requirements is grounds for rejecting this proposal.

This procedure of requesting proposals is not a contest and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of part two of the Russian Civil Code. Therefore, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligation on the customer.
This request for proposals is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The Promoter has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time since the date of announcement, including after the deadline for applications.
