Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 45 calendar days after the end of the reporting period in which the delivery was made. The reporting period is a calendar month.
Delivery terms:Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Place of acceptance and transfer of goods of g. Cogalous.

Transportation costs are included in the cost of products on the basis of delivery DDP - g. Kogalym (transportation costs are not reimbursed separately).
Delivery of products is carried out in full, executed by the relevant accounting documents in the terms established by the legislation up to the city. Kogalym, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra taking into account all costs and risks of delivery.

Mandatory electronic documents to be uploaded:
1. Scanned copy of the commercial offer indicating prices, terms and conditions of delivery, certified and signed by the authorized person with the seal of the company;
2. Permission documentation (certificate of conformity, permission to use if the products are subject to mandatory certification).
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and stamped by the company.
The request for proposals is made for the current requirement.
Submission of an offer from the participant means compliance with all specified in the request requirements for the assortment of goods, as well as unconditional agreement with the terms of the contract and specification.

Comments:
The winner of the competitive procedure is determined according to the following criteria:
1. Minimum price;
2. Offers from manufacturers and authorized dealers are priority;
3. The proposal of the participant must strictly comply with all requirements specified in the request for equipment and additional equipment;
4. Prices for the entire delivery period should be fixed;
5. Delivery of vehicles is carried out within the time specified in the procurement documentation;
6. Consent of the participant to sign a standard contract of LLC JV "Neftestroy" without the protocol of disagreements.


1. The attention of the Organizer will be paid to suppliers with experience in delivery of these products.
2. Submission of an offer from the participant means compliance with all specified in the request requirements for the assortment of goods, as well as unconditional agreement with the terms of the contract and specification.
3. Vehicles and trailed equipment should be new 2019 year of release.
4. The cost of the product must be constant for the entire period of delivery.
5. Simultaneously with the delivery of products a certificate of quality (conformity) is provided.

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
