Comments: 1. Before submitting a technical proposal, a visit and inspection of the facility is a prerequisite.
2. The submitted proposal within the first stage should consist of a technical part certified by the signature of the head with a seal impression. In the technical part, the list and composition of works must be specified and it is not allowed to specify any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.) The offer must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the ETP. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TA will be rejected. In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participating in the Procurement, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such a Contract may be terminated.
