The trading procedure will be carried out in 3 stages:
Stage 1. Pre-qualification selection.
Includes:
1. Company Qualification Check
2. Checking the Technical Proposal taking into account the parameters in the Terms of Reference
3. Security Service Audit
Stage 2. RFQ in electronic form on the B2B ETP, taking into account the results of Stage 1.
Stage 3. In-person / in absentia meeting of the procurement commission of PJSC "ChTPZ" with / without invitation of participants or RETRACTING at the site with participants who have passed the audit of the security service and the qualification audit of the Customer.
Signing the standard form of the contract

Documents for participation in the procurement:
1. Technical proposal (requirements for the technical proposal in the Terms of Reference)
2. Completed questionnaire
