To participate, you must: download the ETC. (initial bidding documentation), fill out the Technical and Commercial Proposal form of the FGC GC and send it to the responsible tender officer by e-mail LevchishinaAV@fsk.ru the completed Commercial Proposal in xls format., or upload it to the B2B-Center site on time.
PAY ATTENTION to the mandatory detailed filling of the tender conditions in the Technical and Commercial Proposal form.
Companies that have been accredited by FGC Group of Companies will be admitted to the 2nd stage (https://fsk.ru/about/tenders ) and submitted Commercial Proposals that meet the requirements of the Terms of Reference.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
